Ritual Procedure
For the bath, I recommend setting up a quiet place where you have time to be alone.
Preparation of YONI SPA:
• Boil water in which to put herbs (Yoni pampering or Yoni anti-inflammatory),
• Put the container on the shelf in the Yoni spa bar,
• Sit down on a lanyard, wrap in a blanket to prevent steam from escaping,
• We sit and enjoy the bath for 20-30 minutes (2-3 baths per month are recommended).
• After the bath is over, it is important to keep warm.
It is advisable to make a bath before going to bed, because then the body has time to cool down.
